We are firmly committed to the advancement of our women attorneys and believe that gender equity at a law firm is a broad-based goal, involving recruiting, training, mentoring, work-life balance, promotion to partnership and leadership within the Firm and in the legal community.
We cultivate women as leaders from day one. We actively recruit the best female talent and offer exciting women’s programming for summer and full-time associates, including department, Firm, client and alumni events, charitable initiatives and events for affinity groups coordinated with the Diversity Committee. We have a Women’s Committee (all partners) and a Women’s Advisory Committee (associates and counsel) that coordinate our women’s activities across the Firm.
